LIAS' music is a reflection of the depths of his soul: a moving exploration of melancholy that tells the story of a young man's search for meaning, turning his life upside down for the love of music. The German singer-songwriter with Dutch roots and a classical vocal education started his musical journey as a boy soloist, performing with world-renowned artists such as Jose Carreras and the orchestra of the Bavarian State Opera on the world’s greatest stages: from Ecuador to the Vatican with Pope Benedict XVI. However, growing up he felt the desire to break free from the conservatism of this classical world and his upbringing in order to express his own inner universe. First liberating steps brought him to songwriting, and after detours in various industries, including investment banking and music management, he found his way back to making music and began performing and releasing his own songs. Following the success of his 2022 debut studio EP ‘Run Boy Run’, he went on his first tour through Germany with sold out concerts in November ’22. Praised by the media for his international appeal, he will now take us on the next musical chapter of his personal story as a testament to the power of self-discovery and the courage to pursue one's dreams.
