If you're not too familiar with the musical stylings of Renee Ruth then let us be among the first to introduce you since she has recently released a single that picks you up and takes you to a different place so that you get washed away with what you hear and that my friends, is an attribute that doesn't come along often.
The new single is called "Dreaming" and definitely bears a lot of personal and possibly hard-to-deal-with topic that when everything is said and done, feels like it needs to come out in song because this is just how she knows how to do it.
This is a sort of piano ballad in a way, but it also has such a subtle intensity that you get swept away with it right from the get-go.
The intensity actually grows the more you listen to the song, but this is one of those tracks that you become attached to very quickly and are able to put things into your own life perspective before giving it back to her again and that's an important aspect when it comes to music that's supposed to make you feel something.
She really hits the nail on the head when it comes to making you feel something and making you think as she blends her own original edgy pop tones into this piano ballad, everything becomes huge, and that intensity gets to just that right spot where it feels like everything could break.
This was a beautiful track and upon listening to it we absolutely had to dig into some of her back catalog of music which was a damn good idea because we came across more than a few outstanding releases including one called "Lose My Breath" which is a bit of a harder hitting pop soiree that also has a great approach to it.
Definitely check out this track when you get a chance along with "Dreaming" as they both show different sides to the artist, and we would give the single especially a 9 out of 10.
