A single release from sqEpsilon touches on any cereal and natural chill vibe and soundscape put together with an array of beautiful instrumentation and it almost theatrical undertone that makes everything thrive but in a subtle way so that it all has a calming but forward moving flow to it.
"Hope Is Everything" feels Lush and soothing like floating on your back in a lake staring at the stars in the night sky thinking about your own past.
There's something personal about it but also something nostalgic about it and with all of that comes a strange sense of peace and this is one of the aspects that sort of lets you get engulfed in the song itself.
I really enjoyed how the song swells and sways but also grows as it plays on, and different beats come in more synth pads fill the ether and this atmosphere builds larger and larger.
I can't tell you how much I love pieces of instrumental music that carry with them so much emotional backbone and this track is a perfect example of what I mean when I say that because it does feel authentic and impactful.
You can tell this came from someplace real and that the artist was in a certain space when creating it because there was a lot of attention to detail but again, that flow is just completely natural and maybe it came to the artist that way or maybe it was brought to fruition as it was happening.
Either way this was absolutely gorgeous and created such vivid color and imagery in my head while I listen to it that I was put in a bit of a trance.
Upon listening to this track, I went ahead and took a little bit of a deep dive into the back catalog of sqEpsilon what I found when I got there was an outstanding array releases dropped all within the past year on Spotify, but it feels like songs have been written and released previously only to finally be dropped on Spotify in 2023.
I say this only because there's such a mass number of amazing releases there that you can almost hear the evolution of the artist.
Throughout this many listening party that I had with myself, I found tons of different kinds of material dropped and it ranged from high energy electronica and trance, synth-pop, break beat, jungle, and just so much more is that by the end of it, I got the sense that this artist is more than meets the eye and may have a lot of layers that can be peeled back.
What I would suggest is that you take some time to just listen to a mix of this material because it's got such a wide range but it's all got so much color and energy.
There's heart involved with these songs and they all give you certain feelings.
There's something to be said about that.
This is an artist and producer, songwriter and engineer that knows how to mix soundscapes and textures together so that an atmosphere can be created that you can step right into when you want to.
You're able to surround yourself with this music and it becomes less a single or an album, and more an experience.
Definitely check this out when you get a chance because let's face it, this is one of the best things you can do with your time today.
