Hendrick Bank has recently released a single called " A Better Man" and it does a great job of displaying the artists ' ability to write songs that come through lush and full-bodied with this addictive brightness and a very straightforward and honest lyrical approach that tends to feel quite relatable.
The single is indeed a bright and very uplifting track and for a lot of us, we can understand exactly where the artist is coming from with this song. I find it refreshing that he puts a lot of his personal stuff out on the line and talks about things that a lot of us as men, think about but don't really talk about.
This is to me; a love song of sorts and I like this approach because it's not just a straightforward love song it's more about how that love and that person affects him.
This is a little different because usually a love song is a bit more 'cut and dry' but this is more about how that love affects person and how he is going to do better and be a better man because of that love.
A beautiful expression pulled off with a combination of Americana, folk, a little country, and even a little folk rock as well.
It's all covered in this pop overtone that gives off color and a welcoming, warming feeling.
The instrumentation is what makes it so lush and so big because there is a lot going on with some acoustic guitars along with plenty of other tones and textures.
It's the vocals that reach out and grab you because they're so powerful in their approach as there are some gorgeous harmonies throughout the song injustice a positive and spirited vibe, so you know it's coming from someplace real, and those vocals are passionately performed.
This is the kind of song that you end up singing the chorus right alongside Hendrick the second or third time around easily.
The entire vibe and sentiment of the song are completely addictive and make you want more and more.
For this track, Hendrick worked with Ivan Pedersen and Nanna Larson and for him, it was an amazing experience and also really helped shape the sound of this track by collaborating.

Although this made a big difference in the song's outcome, you can still hear Hendrix country roots in the track shining through and it adds a lot of robust sound to everything.
A wonderfully uplifting and positively powerful single from Hendrick Bank, most certainly take a good listen to "A Better Man" as it is freshly released on all platforms.
