Okay Alright

I am a midwest songwriter and producer currently based in pine mountain club california. I write and record out of my small cabin with my weiner dog banjo. by night i’m a crisis worker on an LGBTQ suicide hotline, and by day i am always working on something musical. Okay Alright has always been a personal journal for me. It’s where I can be most authentic and expressive of my true self, while also looking for those universal experiences that anyone could grip onto. I truly and deeply care about helping and connecting with others through music. that is my ultimate goal with this project. I don’t limit myself by genre, but I circle around folk and emo and am inspired by people like Bright Eyes, Field Medic, Big Thief, Florist, Flatsound, Jason Isbell, Jack Johnson, and Runnner.
